1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the issue meets our conditions.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered (including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards). We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

      • Products delivered damaged, defective, or faulty.
      • Incorrect items shipped (e.g., wrong model or size).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging, warranty cards, or proof of purchase.
  • Special-order or customized products (unless delivered defective).
  • Consumables or perishable accessories (e.g., batteries, filters) unless faulty on arrival.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., bank card or account). For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
  • Timing: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Process

  • On Arrival: If your LED, fridge, oven, or appliance arrives damaged or doesn’t work, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
