Q: How do I place an order on your website?

A: Browse our products at bakar.pk, select the item you want, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart, review your items, and click “Proceed to Checkout.” Fill in your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation shortly after!

 

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, contact us at support@bakar.pk or 0308 200 4000 within 24 hours. Note that if you cancel or modify, delivery charges may still apply as per our policy.
 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept cash on delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include GST where applicable.

    Q: Why did my order get delayed?
