Welcome to the Bin Bakar Web site. The Bin Bakar Web site at www.bakar.pk (the "Site") is a shopping website where you can browse, select and order products from Bin Bakar and any of its showroom’s. By using the site you agree to be bound conditions of use, privacy policy and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on the site. The policies of the Bin Bakar shorwooms may differ substantially from those applicable to your use of the site.

We reserve the right to make changes the Term and Conditions of use at any time. Each time you use this site you should visit and review the Term and Conditions of use that apply to your use of this site and any transactions made while on the site. If you are dissatisfied with, its content Term and Conditions of use, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.

Tampering with the site, misrepresenting your identity, using buying agents or conducting fake activities on the site are prohibited.

4. Your Account

1. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
2. To purchase Goods via the site, you may create an account.
3. In order to create an Account, you must provide personal details and contact information regardless of your order is predicated on the information you have provided to us is correct at the time of ordering.
4. The site is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. The Site is not directed for use by children under the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site for privacy and security reasons, we are unable to lookup or issue new passwords to account holders or provide ability for customer to change password.

8. We reserves the right to modify or terminate an Account or Account details at our absolute discretion, including the right to delete, merge or amalgamate duplicate Accounts held by you. We make no warranty to the completeness of the information that you provide us.

Where we choose to use third-party services in conjunction with this Website, including secure payment options for purchasing Goods from the Site, you may also be required to create and maintain a separate account that may include personal and financial account details. You must comply with the terms of use with these third-party websites.
10. Non-compliance with these third-party websites may limit your ability to Order, be provided with Goods, rebates or bonus offers in conjunction with your Purchase.
11. This Website is designed for Pakistani customers. International accounts and purchases are welcome on the condition that purchases are made for an individual who is currently residing in Pakistan and the Goods purchased can be picked up from the showroom of purchase.

5. Catalogue Condition

• Some advertised products may have been available in showroom at lower prices from time to time.
• Savings are calculated against ticketed prices in store, some showroom may have previously ticketed at a higher price and savings would be greater.
• Terms and conditions apply to all promotions, offers and finance options. Full details are available in showroom. Accessories not included in any price.

6. Placing an Order for Products

• You may order Products by selecting and submitting your order through the site in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• Any order placed through this site for a Product is an offer by you to purchase the particular Product for the price notified at the time you place the order.
• We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through the site.
• You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the site.

7. Payment Policy

1. You may pay for your order using the following payment methods Cash on delivery, Visa Card, Credit Card, Debit Card, MasterCard, ATM Transfer and online Transfer.
2. Payment processing services offered via the site are outsourced to third party providers. If we do not receive or are unable to successfully process payment in full for your order for any reason, we will cancel your order.
3. If you choose to pay by Visa or MasterCard credit card or debit card, you authorize us to debit the amount that is payable for an accepted order from your nominated card.
4. You will be required to provide us with the following details on your Visa or MasterCard; card type, card number, and 3-digitor or 4-digit card verification value (CVV2) and the card expiry month and Year.
5. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for Products through any fraudulent or unlawful means.

8. Order Acceptance / Confirmation

• After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or delivery address.
• We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason whatsoever. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or telephone you have given us with the order.
• Stock levels displayed to you are accurate at the last known update; however, stock availability is subject to change. If there are any changes in available inventory at the showroom in the time between you view a product, add an item to your wish list and commit to a purchase, and we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

9. Product Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel an order before the delivery. On cancelling the order, we will refund your payment in accordance with our Refund Policy.
2. If we cannot stop the delivery of the order at the time of cancellation, then you will be required to pay the delivery charges.
3. If the product is delivered and you will received with satisfaction condition than after we are unable to return or replace the product.
4. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover our reasonable costs in respect of your order cancelled order.

10. Refund Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a payment you purchased from the Bin Bakar online shopping.

1. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Refund from Bin Bakar will take 2-3 days,
2. Our activity will have no influence, on the settlement date of your credit card bill.
3. If you paid by cheque or online transfer, we will refund your cheque or payment within 10 business days.
4. If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price.
5. During the refund process, any extra charges will be paid by customer.

11. Dispatching an order

1. You will be notified by email or telephone call once your Order is ready to pick up in showroom. Purchases can only be picked up during business hours.
2. Orders are not available to pick-up at any other showroom unless advised to you by the showroom where you made your on-line purchase.
3. To protect both you and us from fraud, before any purchases are dispatched to you, you will need to be able to prove your identity as the customer at the time of pick-up by presenting:
4. The order confirmation emailed to you at the time of purchase; and
5. A current Pakistani Drivers License or a current Pakistani Passport are the ONLY forms of valid CNIC accepted for in store pick up; and
6. Purchases online will only be released to the purchasing customer as listed on the order confirmation. In our sole and absolute discretion we reserve the right not to provide goods to a person picking up an on-line purchase and refund the sale transaction in the manner in which it was purchased or by cheque.

12. Delivery

• If customer modify the product or cancel the order than delivery charges will be paid by customer.
• Delivery delays may occur around Sunday, National Holiday and public holidays.
• Installation are not included as part of the delivery price.

13. Warranty Policy

• Warranty card provided to customer at the time of delivery.
• Warranty claim can be registered on Bin Bakar UAN 0304 1111 257 and would forward warranty claim to manufacturers.
• www.bakar.pk is not responsible for warranty, manufacturers would be responsible with duly filled.

14. Pricing Policy

Our website Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on this website are in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) and where applicable are inclusive of GST.

15. Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, in accuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

16. Product Display/Colors

The Site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

17. Right to Download
